Perched at a height of 410 feet (125 meters) and providing an exceptional view of Paris, Le Jules Verne is the must-visit gastronomic destination of the capital, and measures up to the monument itself. In July of 2019, Le Jules Verne unveiled its new venue and a menu concocted by Chef Frédéric Anton, winner of the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” award.
For Le Jules Verne, he created a menu which features unprocessed and noble ingredients from various regions in France such as crab, prawns, free-range poultry, and even chocolate.
Thanks to subtle pairings, the restaurant’s dishes reveal the best in each ingredient while emphasizing aromas and flavors. For each dish, ingredients are finely chopped by the chef, an homage to the Eiffel Tower’s architecture. Frédéric Anton created his tasteful dishes blending flavors, colors and materials while working with seasonal ingredients.
A new encounter between the culinary and decorative arts
An experience of flavor enhanced by the restaurant’s new environment, designed by Aline Asmar d'Amman. It was her desire to join Frédéric Anton, in ushering the restaurant into a new era where culinary decorative arts harmonize together and weave lasting connections with Paris.
Perched at a height of 410 feet (125 meters) in the air, Le Jules Verne opens out to three dining rooms which offer an exceptional view on Le Champ-de-Mars, le Quai Branly and Trocadéro. The tone of the space is a combination of silvery gray, bluish gray and green-gray, echoing the sky, the Seine and the cobblestones, highlighted with black, gold and mirrors, which takes on a more fluid form and offers guests more privacy.
In addition to the three dining rooms, two additional spaces are available: “Le Comptoir” which offers a point of view from the heart of the Tower, and a view of the mechanical engineering of the yellow pulleys as well as “L’alcôve”, located across from the red pulleys.
New experiences offered in the Parisian sky
The Eiffel Tower’s gastronomic restaurant has reinvented itself conceptually and in terms of what it can offer guests who wish to dine, extending the promise of an enchanting experience in the Parisian sky...all day long!
For lunch, guests will be able to savor a 3-course menu (105 euros per person, excluding beverages). For dinner, guests will be able to choose between a 5-course and a 7-course tasting menu (190 and 230 euros respectively per person excluding beverages).
