Discover the summer terrace on the theme of cinema!
Located on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, the Summer Terrace offers a cinematic atmosphere this year, until 23 September. It will receive you 57 metres high for a moment of sharing and relaxation. A well-deserved break with drinks and snacks available at the bar, for our visitors descending from the upper levels.
New gardens
The Eiffel Tower's new perimeter now includes the gardens on either side of the esplanade. These historic gardens, that our visitors cross when entering the site from the South and East entrances, are to be open (free of access) to our visitors. The north-east gardens (close to the East entrance) are now open, allowing visitors to enjoy a bucolic stroll before or after the ascension of the Tower! And offering a unique view at the Tower.
A glass of champagne at the top of the Eiffel Tower?
Enjoy a uniquely special moment at the champagne bar located at the top of the Eiffel Tower. Nestling into the very structure of the Tower, the bar offers you a choice of a glass of either rosé or white champagne, served as chilled as you like. What an elegant way to toast a sensational experience at the top of the Tower ! Open daily from 11.15am to 11.30pm.

Practical information
Coming at the Eiffel Tower
In August, the Eiffel Tower is open every single day from 9:00 am to 00:45 pm.
Tickets on sale from 9:00 am and last lift at midnight (for the second floor), 11pm for the top.
In order to avoid the crowd, visit the Eiffel Tower at night and enjoy its stunning view over Paris’ lights!
Entering the Eiffel Tower's site
August is probably the most crowded month of the year at the Eiffel Tower. There are two entrances into the Tower's site, where first security checks occur. In order to save time, we advise our visitors, especially those coming from the Trocadero area and the Champ-de-Mars, to choose the East entrance, which is generally less crowded than the South entrance, welcoming many visitors coming from Bir-Hakeim metro station and RER C station.
