Summer 2008 at the Eiffel Tower

New this summer, a champagne bar has opened on the third floor of the Tower for visitors to savor the festive spirit of summer.
Rosé or brut, champagne is the perfect compliment to a sensational moment you’ll experience on the Tower top overlooking Paris.
The bar is open every day all summer from 5pm to 10:30pm.

Terrace seating on the first floor for a taste of the Atlantic Ocean!

Last year the Eiffel Tower offered a Mediterranean spirit on the first floor, while this year the atmosphere draws inspiration from the Atlantic Ocean. In the colors of blue and white, the iron tower has changed its lavender fields and crickets for a sand-covered walk-around, its rattan seating for beach lounge chairs, creating an ocean scene in blue.

Sitting under a mast-type awning, all monument visitors can enjoy the exceptional panoramic view from 57 meters above overlooking the Champ de Mars below and eat a light snack (seafood salad, vegetable plate, toasted sandwiches, pastries, ice cream Italian style and iced coffee drinks) with maritime music audible in the background.

The patio is open every day all summer until September, from 11am to 10pm.

On the first floor, visitors will also have the pleasure of discovering the exhibit “Beacon to Beacon” by photographer Jean Guichard, displaying 80 captivating images of beacons in France and around the world.

A tradition each summer in order to refresh visitors, misters were installed and will spray visitors at the pillar entrances and at the elevator access to the third floor located on the second floor.
