Watch the video replay down below this page of the Jeanne Added Concert and The 130th year special lightshow.
On May 15, 1889, the Eiffel Tower opened to the public, same as the Universal Exhibition of Paris for which it was the main attraction. To celebrate this anniversary, the Eiffel Tower in Paris offers a festive and enchanting day on May 15, 2019.
Honoring the children of the City of Paris
In the afternoon of May 15, 1,300 children from Parisian recreation facilities, aged 6 to 12 years, will be our distinguished guests. In the program: a visit to the 2nd and 1st floors of the Tower where, among other things, stories and anecdotes delivered by the receptionists will be recounted.
In the early evening, a place for music!
From 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm, the Eiffel Tower welcomes Jeanne Added for a free concert on the Esplanade. Co-organized by the Cercle cultural media and its new platform Drop, the concert of the doubly awarded artist at Victoires de la Musique 2019 will be broadcast live on the Facebook pages of Drop and the Eiffel Tower.

Do not miss the 130th year special light show
After the concert, there is a never seen before light show that will close out this exceptional day at 10 pm. Staged by the scenographer Bruno Seillier, author of the mythical Dame de Cœur show at Notre Dame de Paris, and produced in partnership with EDF, the luminous work traces the history of the Eiffel Tower from birth to the present.
With a duration of ten minutes and repeated each hour between 10 pm and midnight, the show stages visual effects that you will not see elsewhere. The best point of view to admire this show will be at the esplanade and the Trocadero gardens.
Parisians who cannot attend on the evening of May 15 don’t have to worry: the show will be repeated during the following two evenings on May 16th and 17th, after dark.
Ce soir, dernière chance pour admirer ma robe de lumières spéciale 130 ans!
?De 22h à 00h, 1 show de 12min/heure
