Questions involving My ticket

I can't log on to my account, what should I do?

We recently updated our online ticket system, and there is no need anymore to create an account to buy tickets. 
If you bought your tickets before September 17th, 2019 and didn’t retrieve your tickets yet: you can access the online ticket office via the mail of confirmation of purchase. Just click on the link in the mail and you will access the « My tickets » page, where you just need to enter the e-mail address that was used for the purchase. We will send you the tickets and your proof of payment by e-mail.
