Questions involving Getting to the tower

Do the ticket offices open before the Tower does, and tickets be purchased to go up the Tower as soon as the lifts open?

The ticket offices at the Eiffel Tower open at the same time as the Tower and therefore it is not possible to purchase a ticket before the Tower opens. This is why we suggest that you purchase your ticket online to avoid having to queue at the Tower.

You can purchase a ticket and book the date and time of your visit. If you choose the first time slot in the morning you will be one of the first visitors of the day to go up the lift, thus avoiding having to queue.

A ticket can be purchased to go to the 2nd floor or up to the top of the Eiffel Tower. For safety reasons, disabled people are not allowed to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
