Questions involving My ticket

Do any tickets grant priority access to the Eiffel Tower?

“Priority” access, as described on some third party websites, means a ticket that avoids the need to queue at the Eiffel Tower ticket offices. It is exactly the same as the Eiffel Tower e-ticket and offers no further advantages. You can buy e-tickets up to 60 days in advance (for lift tickets) and 7 days in advance (for stairs tickets), and book a specific date and time for the lifts (to the second floor or the top of the tower) or the stairs (up until the second floor). This way, you can avoid queueing at the Eiffel Tower ticket offices. To plan a smooth visit to the Eiffel Tower and only pay the official price, we recommend buying your tickets in advance at the official Eiffel Tower online box office

All you need to do on the day of your visit is turn up half an hour before the time stated on your ticket, so that you have plenty of time to get through the security checks. There are fast-track queues for people with e-tickets at the esplanade security checks and for the lifts or stairs. Tickets sold as “priority access” or “skip the line” tickets on other websites hold no other privilege than the official Eiffel Tower e-ticket.
